About us!

We are a family friendly social club situated in the beautiful coastal town of Seahouses, Northumberland, and welcome both residents and visitors to Seahouses and the surrounding area.

 

As a 'not for profit' organisation we can offer the lowest beer prices in the local area.

 

Children are welcome but must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, and we would ask you to ensure that children are sat down with you after 9pm.

Our friendly and enthusiastic bar staff are here to greet you and serve you with a high quality of customer service to both members and non members of the club. However, our staff have the right to refuse service to any customers displaying anti-social behaviour. The Club particpates in the local Pub Watch scheme and threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and may be reported to our Pub Watch colleagues in the Seahouses, Bamburgh, Belford and Beadnell area.

We are a dog friendly social club, but we ask that you keep your dog on a lead at all times when within the Club premises, and do not allow your dog on to the Club furniture unless they are on a blanket.

The day to day running of the Seahouses Social Club is undertaken by the Managing Committee which ordinarily consists of a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and a team of up to 12 members of the Club.

Members of the Managing Committee are voted in each year at the Annual General Meeting, and every Club member is entitled to put themselves forward to be a committee member.
